* ayurvitewellness.com reserves all the rights to change or upgrade its policy and terms & conditions without any prior notice.
International customers are requested to ensure prohibited Ayurvedic ingredients in the respective country. We will are not responsible for any disputes or non-receipt of your order due to this reason.
1) DEFINITIONS
“Goods” means any goods and/or services provided by ayurvitewellness.com as ordered by the Client
“Client” means the person, firm or company placing an order with ayurvitewellness.com.
2) APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply to any provision of services or materials by ayurvitewellness.com to the Client.
3) FORMATION OF CONTRACT
All Goods sold by ayurvitewellness.com are sold subject to the ayurvitewellness.com’s standard terms and conditions (as detailed below) which form part of the Client’s contract with ayurvitewellness.com.
4) QUOTATIONS
The prices, quantities and delivery time stated in any quotation are not binding on ayurvitewellness.com. They are commercial estimates only which ayurvitewellness.com will make reasonable efforts to achieve.
5) ORDERS
Orders will be deemed to have been placed by complete checkout process or when an email confirmation has been received from a client or responsible executive of the client company.
6) RIGHT TO SUBCONTRACT
Unless otherwise agreed the Company shall be entitled to sub-contract all or any part of the work.
7) TIMETABLE
The Company will use its best endeavors to supply the services or materials within the quoted time but time will not be of the essence within the contract.
8) RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Client upon delivery of the Goods.
9) CANCELLATION
There is no provision of cancellation or money back guarantee once the goods sold or payment confirmed. In a special case like damaged products, wrong products or other mishappen, we may accept cancellation request. It is customer’s responsibility to send back the purchased goods back to our address without its loss/ damage/ destruction. After receiving the purchased goods back at our office, we will check it and if satisfied, client’s money will be reimbursed. The In view of the nature of the service, any order – once confirmed by the Company – is not cancelled. Cancellation of the Order by the Client will only be accepted within 48 hours of ordering and if the ordered goods were not shipped by ayurvitewellness.com.
10) LOSS OR DAMAGE TO SUPPLIES
ayurvitewellness.com will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the goods, services or materials it supplies to the Client (or which may be received from the Client). Ayurvite wellness is not responsible for any loss by the logistic company or natural calamities or any theft.
11) FORCE MEASURE
ayurvitewellness.com will not be liable to the Client for any loss or damage suffered by the Client as a direct result of cause beyond its control including Act of God, accident, war, riot, lockout, strike, flood, fire, power failure, server hangouts, breakdown of plant or machinery, delay in transit, postal delay, or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance.
12) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

13) SHIPPING
We take special precaution in packing and shipping of the product. The order will be shipped by our authorized shipping partners (Delhivery, India Post, Shree Maruti Couriers, BlueDart, DTDC, FirstFlight).
