Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, your primary goal will be to enhance hospital revenue, expand patient referrals, and build lasting relationships that amplify the hospital’s reach. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth by promoting outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), and wellness retreat packages.
- Crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing (SEO, social media marketing, pay-per-click ads), physician referrals, and partnerships with travel agencies and corporates.
- Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Establishing and nurturing referral networks with doctors, corporates, insurance providers, TPAs, and tour operators.
- Utilizing CRM tools to monitor performance metrics, track return on investment (ROI), and prepare insightful monthly reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
To thrive in this position, you should have:
- A proven track record with 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital, Ayurveda, wellness tourism, or hospitality sales.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and online advertising, complemented by solid experience in field sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A proactive approach, willingness to relocate to the beautiful, tranquil town of Ranikhet, and a passion for the Ayurveda wellness industry.
