Commonest causes of bleeding per rectum are fistula in ano and hemorrhoids (piles). Diagnose the cause and treat accordingly. Following Ayurvedic medicines are suggested for bleeding from rectum-
| 1. | Kaharva Pishti: 10 gm
Giloy Sat: 5 gm Prawal Pishti: 5 gm Sphatik Bhasm: 5 gm Mukta Pishti: 2 gm Pushyanug Churna- 25 gm |
Mix all these medicinal combinations and make 21 parts from them. Take 1 part three times a day with water/ honey or cow’s ghee empty stomach. |
| 2. | Kutajghan Vati- 250 mg
Bolbaddha Ras- 250 mg |
Twice or three times a day with water after meal. |
| 3. | Ushirasava | Mix 20 ml with 20 ml of water. Take it twice daily after meal. |
