Commonest cause of Fever with Vomiting, Loss of Appetite and Dark Colored Urine is Infective hepatitis (all hepatotoxic drugs should be avoided). Following Ayurvedic medicines are suggested-
| 1. | Giloy Sat: 5 gm Godanti Bhasma: 10 gm Kamdudha Rasa: 10 gm Mukta Pishti: 2 gm Kasis Bhasma: 5 gm Swarna Basant Malti Ras: 1 gm | Mix all of these medicinal combinations and make 21 parts. Take 1 part three times a day with honey or water empty stomach. |
| 2. | Mahasudarshan Vati- 500 mg Punarnavadi Mandur- 250 mg Sootshekhar Rasa- 250 mg | Twice daily with honey or water after meal. |
| 3. | Avipattikara Churna | Take 2-3 gm twice daily with water after meal. |
| 4. | Eladi Vati | Suck 1 tab (250 mg) 4- 5 times a day like a candy. |
