How to use Abhyangam Oil
Take required quantity of Abhyangam oil in an iron or steel bowl. Heat it in a low flame to make it lukewarm. Apply by hand and massage gently in the affected body part or full body.
Side effects of Abhyangam oil
No serious health issues reported. Redness and itching of the skin may be seen in people with hypersensitive skin.
Precautions
Avoid contact with face and eyes. Do not apply it in face and hairs.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse the eyes thoroughly with water and put pure rose water drops in the eyes. If any symptoms persist, please contact a physician.
If skin irritation is seen, clean the contacted area with soap and apply moisturisers, butter or ghee.
